Troubleshooting

An ADMIN and a VIEWER can inspect resources, Observability, connection information, and Candidate Diagnostics. Only an ADMIN can change resources, manage Proxy Credentials, run a Proxy live test, or request temporary SSH access. Some software and recovery operations are available only through MyOwnProxy Support.
