Observability

Observability provides a current view of Gateway and Node health and explains how Nodes are evaluated for Pool selection. It is read-only: using its filters, selectors, sorting, expansion controls, or refresh action does not change MyOwnProxy configuration or routing.

ADMIN and VIEWER users have the same Observability access for their Customer.

Observability contains three areas:

  • Alerts lists current warning and critical conditions for Gateways and Nodes.
  • Health Explorer brings together current resource state, heartbeat, capacity, and Node network-quality information.
  • Candidate Diagnostics explains the current eligibility and ranking of Nodes in a selected Pool.

These views refresh current information; they are not a historical monitoring, ticketing, or incident-management system. Use Troubleshooting or contact MyOwnProxy Support when the current information does not identify or resolve the problem.
